The G.O.A.T. (Greatest Workout of All Time) Workout is a fun way to get outside and workout with the joy of animals! The class blends movement, laughter and animal interaction to boost mood, energy and improve overall well-being. The session’s workout will run for 45 minutes and unlike traditional workouts, goats may nudge, climb or join in, adding fun and an extra challenge to the exercises.
For the remaining 15 minutes, participants are encouraged to meet and play with the goats and ducks and take in the beautiful scenery.

What is GOAT Workout and why is it better with goats?
GOAT Workout is a play on the popular goat yoga, it includes a beginner friendly workout class including free range goats to come and spread joy and laughter during the exercises. The experience with interacting with animals is shown to promote relaxation and enhance well being. The presence of goats and music provide an entertaining, stress free distraction that promotes feel good hormones like dopamine, oxytocin and serotonin, while reducing cortisol
Why is a workout beneficial?
The beginner friendly class encourages movement and social interaction. Moderate intensity workouts boosts energy levels, enhances wellbeing, reduces stress levels, improves cognitive functions – which helps you look and feel great.
Who is leading?
We will have a professional fitness trainer that has up to date certifications to provide a safe and intense class.
How should I prepare?
Participants will need to wear clothes they are comfortable with getting dirty, a water bottle, a towel and a yoga mat (none will be provided).
Additionally, it is encouraged to put your hair up, no sweaters and tie up your shoelaces as goats can nibble on your clothes. Do not wear open back tanks or bras, as goats may jump on your back. Guests are encouraged to bring own bug spray and electrolytes and a light snack after class - ex. a protein bar – just do not feed it to the goat.
What if I have previous injuries?
Please talk to a healthcare provider to ensure you are able to join the class. This class is not recommended for pregnant women or people with back issues.
Can I bring family members to watch?
No we do not allow spectators. If they want to see the goats they must register and participate in the entire program.
What is cancellation policy?
No refunds will be issued 5 days before the start of the program and once the program has started.
